Parent Consultation
I work with parents to come up with a parenting plan for these complex kiddos, and also to consult on treatment plans that you might develop with other providers. Parent consultation are part support, part parent coaching, and part understanding PANS/PANDAS.
How often we meet is really up to you, and how frequent or how much help you are looking for. Usually I meet with parents 1 - 2x/month. In between sessions I encourage families to reach out to me by email or text message for support around whatever we are working on. These contacts are included in my rate.
My rate is $225/hour. I don't accept insurance, but your insurance may reimburse you for services rendered as an "out of network provider." If you'd like to call your insurance company to find out what they cover, ask about "Family Therapy without patient present" (CPT Code 90846).

Group Therapy for Moms of Neurodivergent Kiddos
Some examples of who would be a good fit:
