What ages and problems do you work with?

We have strategies that work for all ages -- elementary through adult.  Your focus may be relationships, work, managing bills at home, or getting through school.  We create a step by step system for you to meet your goals.

What is Coaching?

It's not quite therapy, and not quite tutoring but a combination of both that helps you understand your specific strengths and struggles to makes changes fast.  We usually meet once a week or once every two weeks and touch base by phone, text or email during the time in between to remind you of what to work on and to help with any problems.  Together we find systems to help you fix the problems you are stuck with.

Tutors aren't always aware of how ADD and ADHD affect the brain and how to help.  Our specific training in psychology and neuropsychology means we do and we can help you to achieve your goals.  Your brain works differently than the non-ADHD brain:  typical study strategies and organizational habits might not work.

Who will I meet with?

Dr. Griesemer and Dr. Melling provide testing to diagnose Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD or ADD).  If you are looking for testing, click here.
